Software Migration

Please look out for an email from us to be sent very soon with instructions on how to set up your account on our new system which we are set to switch to at the end of this month. It'll share the process and deadline for setting up, and will allow for a smooth transition to our Growing Good website (we're currently using Shopify which, while great, is not designed for a local veg box company!

Why are we switching systems? Several reasons:

1. People: we want to put you at the centre of our process and the guys who program at Growing Good want the same. We hope it will make for a smoother user experience and give you the tools to get exactly what you want from us! The people who make the system are also veg boxers.

2. Geography: we want to support a local business here in the UK, who we can talk to when we need them (and that doesn't expose us to mad fluctuations in the £/$ price).

3. Fun: Got to change things up once in a while eh?

Step-by-step guide to onboarding onto our new system :

📮 Enter your Name, email and postcode.

🤐 Choose your password

 🏘️ Choose delivery address. Not all addresses are listed (typically some houses without a number) - in this instance, click the ‘Can’t find your address? Create it manually’ option.

💳 Enter card details - You will only need to do this once, the card is then stored in your account to be used against future payments. Card details are securely held and encrypted by Stripe, not by us.

🤳🏽 3D authentication - This is the final and (for some) trickiest step. Authentication will most likely be done via your smartphone banking app, it can also be done via SMS or pinsentry reader. Some banks provide passwords. 

⚠️ You will only be able to access and shop on our new website once it is live, which is next Thursday. 

🌟 We will transfer over your current subscriptions and all will continue as usual week commencing Monday,  27th January.
