Eggs

Our organic eggs come from happy hens that are raised on free range. There's nothing like fresh, organic eggs. We get our eggs from East Anglian hens from Maple Farm, Kelsale in Suffolk and from Edford's Care Farm in Norfolk. If you've never had a fresh, free range organic egg before, prepare to be amazed. There's something distinct about the quality of these eggs. Even upon cracking them into a pan of boiling water, you can see an immediate difference While most eggs fall apart when poaching, these hold themselves intact. All you need is a little apple cider vinegar and the right technique. The reason they're so delicious is that the hen's diet has so much more diversity. They've got much more access to fresh greens, insects and other edibles when roaming on pasture.
