To make our delicious hazelnut dragées we directly import Piedmont hazelnuts PGI from the Langhe - universally recognised as the best in the world and the ones we select are grown without herbicides or chemical fertilisers.
The use of the slightly sweeter 65% vegan DarkMylk chocolate from Ghana beautifully compliments the fine and delicate flavour of the hazelnut, finally we lightly dust with Valrhona’s Dutch processed cocoa powder, which adds a pure and subtle cocoa finish.
100% vegan, gluten free, dairy free and made without the use of additives, lecithin, emulsifier or glazes.

The outer box packaging we use is made from FSC card and home recyclable and the inner bag is 100% biodegradable and plastic free.
