Orange wine? Yes orange. If you haven't yet tried it, this is a good way to start. This one is made from Verdejo grapes, macerated (with skins) in 200 litre clay amphora and large French oak vats.
Savoury and persistent, with marked acidity and hints of vanilla and spice. Great with food, particularly appetisers, salmon, grilled chicken or Manchego. Drink lightly chilled
